If you like lemons- this marshmallow is right for you! It is sweet and sour, with a robust lemon flavour and tinny tiny lemon zest accent. Yes! We make them with freshly squeezed lemons. This marshmallow has the finest lemony flavour.

These marshmallows are soft, airy, lemony, and fluffy, made with real lemons (you can even fill the zest stripes inside).

• Store marshmallows in a cool and dry place.
• Keep sealed and out of direct sunlight.
• Suitable for freezing.
• The marshmallows are best to consume within 10 weeks and should be consumed within 2 weeks after opening.
• Each marshmallow is approximately 3cm x 3cm (1.25” x 1.25”) cube.

Ingredients:

Granulated sugar, light corn syrup, pure beef gelatin, water, lemons, yellow food colour, natural lemon emulsion, sea salt, cornflour, icing sugar.
